Equipment Warranty:
If your DSL Modem fails for any reason we will replace the modem at no cost to you as long as you’re in contract. If you’re out
of contract we charge a Fedex Ground shipping cost of $12.95 to replace your modem. The modem
itself will cost you nothing
out of pocket.
Oplink.net DSL Speed:
The speed of data transfer is the result of the capacity of the remote site sending the data, and general Internet congestion parameters. Some clients will not achieve the maximum download speed because of their particular telephone line capabilities. Speeds above are gross speed values and they include DSL and TCPIP overhead.
