ATT Measured Rate Phone service for residential customers is the lowest cost local phone service that's 100% compatible with Oplink.net DSL. The cost is $5.20 to 9.50/month depending on where your live. However after all fees and taxes (FUSF, TUSF, Fed Excise Tax, Sales Tax, 911 fee, etc., etc.), the total charge is about $13-18/month. Measured Rate service includes receiving unlimited calls each month, and originating 25 calls per month. If more than 25 calls are placed in any month, the additional cost is 8 cents/call (plus taxes). Oplink.net DSL works fine on a Measured Rate phone line. Many of our customers choose Oplink.net DSL and obtain VoIp telephone service via Vonage, etc. VoIP phone service generally costs $25/month for unlimited local and long distance calling. If you want unlimited local calling, chooose "flat rate service". The metro option is for customers who live outside the Houston city limits and need a metro number to make/receive local calls to and from Houston. |

Most Important Step:
