Episcopal Cursillo in the Diocese of Texas

The Episcopal Diocese of Texas hosts a very active Cursillo community. We sponsor 4 or 5 weekends every year, and have had hundreds folks make their cursillo in this diocese.
What is Cursillo? How do I apply? How do I sponsor someone? How do I get on a team? When and where are Ultreyas? Who is in charge? What about prison ministry?
